Shipping Policy
Upon successful placement of the order on Brand4u.pk, we take 3 to 5 working days for shipment and cargo (depends on the area and zone). The far area may take additional days to deliver as compared to other zones. The weekends, holidays, disastrous situation and political unrest may affect the delivery time.
Refund Policy
brand4u.pk items can take up to 3-6 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfilment centre, allow for up to 3-5 business days for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take 7 to 15 business days for the refund to show up depending on the refund method. The amount will be refunded in Rupees (Pakistan), and is according to the conversion rate at the time the refund was issued.
